🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or remote setting • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Proficient in using live chat software and Microsoft Office • Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home
