• SummitNext Technologies Sdn. Bhd. is a BPO and Technology Solutions provider. • Seeking talented individuals as Financial Solution Advisor (Mandarin Speaker) - WFH to support clients in lending facilities. • Expected Start Date: Immediate • Monday to Friday (9.00 a.m - 6.30 p.m)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors Degree: Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field. • Certifications in finance, sales, or business development can be a plus. • 2-3 years of telemarketing or sales experience, preferably in financial services or loan products. • Experience in banking, financial services, or a similar sector is often preferred. • Knowledge of the challenges and needs specific to SMEs. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Mandarin is required. • Strong ability to negotiate terms, persuade clients and close deals. • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. • Capability to analyze financial statements and assess creditworthiness. • Proficiency in using various sales techniques and methodologies. • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a high-paced, target-driven environment. • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage leads and customer data.
