Introduction
Little Spartans runs gross-motor skill development classes at various locations in Chennai (Annanagar, Adyar, KK Nagar, Kilpauk, Mahalingapuram, T Nagar). The job entails handling a group of 10-15 children in the age group 2-10 years, working with a sports coach who will impart physical skills.
Job Details
The applicant is required to manage the group by introducing the activity, keeping the class lively, managing conflicts, handling parents, and performing class-based administrative duties.
The job requires the applicant to be
- resourceful
- excellent in communication (mostly English but also with other Indian languages)
- great with kids
- lots of patience
- moderately healthy.
The job will require the applicant to be physically active during the class. It will be an added advantage if the applicant possesses dancing & singing skills or has engaged in sports (at any level).
Work Hours
This is a part-time job. On successful application, the candidate will be required to come for training at our center in KK Nagar. They shall be posted at suitable locations by assigning classes to them. All classes shall be in the evenings only (on weekdays) and mornings (weekends). The candidate is required to attend online meetings and online/offline training sessions if any.
