As a Junior Designer, you will support various branding, marketing, and content creation needs using tools like Canva and the Adobe Creative Suite. Key Responsibilities

  • Design engaging and brand-consistent visual assets for digital platforms, including social media posts, banners, presentations, and marketing collateral.

  • Support the creation of layouts, illustrations, and infographics based on team briefs.

  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to bring visual ideas to life.

  • Ensure accuracy and high quality in all creative output.

  • Adapt designs for various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and email campaigns.

  • Assist in updating existing assets and templates in Canva and Adobe files.

  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).

  • Basic understanding of graphic design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Good communication skills with the ability to receive and apply constructive feedback.

  • Strong eye for detail and a passion for creativity.

Experience

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in graphic design.

  • Internship or freelance experience will be considered a plus.

  • A portfolio showcasing previous design work (classroom, personal, or freelance projects) is required.

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours with core availability required between 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (IST).

  • Part-time and full-time opportunities available.

  • 100% Remote – Work from anywhere.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of design formats for web and social media.

  • Familiarity with resizing and reformatting images for different platforms.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
