Role Overview

As our Senior Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and leading TTRacing's social media strategy across multiple platforms. This senior role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution ability who can drive brand awareness, community engagement, and measurable business growth through content, campaigns, and storytelling.

You will oversee end-to-end social media management—including strategy development, campaign planning, creative direction, content publishing, influencer partnerships, and performance analytics. Beyond execution, you'll play a key role in strengthening TTRacing's global brand voice while ensuring consistent messaging across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute TTRacing's social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Lead content planning, production, and publishing, ensuring engaging and brand-aligned storytelling
  • Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships to expand reach and engagement
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI)
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, e-commerce, design, and customer service) to align campaigns with business objectives
  • Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to maintain competitive edge
  • Build and manage a small social media team, providing guidance and mentorship
  • Lead regional campaigns and adapt global content strategies to local markets

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in social media marketing, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial/senior role
  • Proven portfolio showcasing brands managed, strategy planning, and execution results
  • Strong understanding of paid/organic social media, influencer marketing, and community management
  • Ability to translate brand identity into compelling, platform-optimized content
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is a plus
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Familiarity with gaming, e-commerce, or lifestyle brands is advantageous
  • A creative leader with strong organizational and project management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM8,000.00 per month
