USA WINZONS is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistants to join our remote team. This position focuses on data entry and administrative support, making it a great fit for highly organized individuals who want to work from home and grow in a virtual workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and manage data in spreadsheets, databases, or CRM tools
- Respond to basic emails and manage appointment calendars
- Prepare reports and organize digital files
- Follow task instructions and meet daily/weekly deadlines
- Provide general virtual support to staff and clients as needed
Who We’re Looking For:
- Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Strong typing skills and proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, or Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Prior admin or assistant experience is a plus but not required
Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay: $15–$22 based on experience
- Weekly pay via direct deposit or PayPal
