Edufront - Manager - Corporate Social Responsibility ID-2707

OB DESCRIPTION:

- Edufront is focused on helping our students learn at the frontiers of their aspirations and be competitive with their peers worldwide.

- Currently, it supports schools across 8 states with OTPC (One Tablet Per Child), English Communication and Pingal program that covers STEM, AI and Robotics.

- It has been asked to add 18,000 students over the next 18 months to its programs and is looking to strengthen its teams in New Delhi, Jaipur, Mumbai and Goa.

- Edufront is looking for a dynamic and experienced CSR Fundraising Manager to lead its efforts in raising funds for education programs through corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate relations, raising CSR funds from other corporations, preferably supporting the school education sector.

- This role will involve building relationships with business houses both Indian and Global, identifying and securing required CSR grants, and supporting the development of education initiatives that align with corporate partners' CSR goals as well as Edufront's.

Key Responsibilities:

CSR Fundraising:

- Meet fundraising Targets on a quarterly, annual and long-term basis.

Manage Proposal Development:

- Research CSR opportunities from corporations and grant providers.

- Develop and submit proposals and grant applications that align with Edufront's education programs.

- Create MOUs, agreements, and funding proposals tailored to corporate CSR mandates.

CSR Strategy Development:

- Develop and execute strategies for acquiring large CSR projects.

- Build a pipeline of potential corporate donors and CSR opportunities, based on geographic and thematic focus.

- Arrange meetings with prospective corporate donors, present Edufront's work, and secure CSR commitments.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Establish and nurture relationships with corporate donors, institutions, foundations, and government bodies to support fundraising efforts.

- Understand corporate donor requirements and tailor projects in collaboration with the operations team.

Project Implementation and Monitoring:

- Collaborate with the operations team to implement CSR-funded projects.

- Monitor and assess project progress to ensure alignment with the donor's expectations and requirements.

Awareness and Communications:

- Raise awareness of Edufront's education initiatives through digital and social media channels.

- Prepare communication materials, mail-shots, and direct outreach to current and potential donors.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

- Master's degree in Management, Social Sciences, or a related field from a prominent institution like IIMs, TISS, Delhi School of Social Work and the likes

Experience:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in CSR fundraising, corporate relations, or business development, focusing on education initiatives with increasing responsibilities and achievements.

Skills:

- Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.

- Proven ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Other Requirements:

- A willingness to travel as needed.

- Passion for social causes, particularly in improving educational outcomes for schools and students in India.
