Job Description
I am recruiting for an IT services company looking for a new member of their Helpdesk Support Team.

Working within a friendly, hard working office this is a great opportunity to be part of a great team.

Responsibilities will include:

Answering cMalaysiatomer support calls

Respond to software problems

Data Management

Regularly monitor support calls and be pro active in identifying problems

Experience required:

Knowledge of Bromcom or Arbor

Ability to learn and work independently

Experience in working within a school environment or an IT support environment

Excellent communication skills

Ability to maintain high levels of cMalaysiatomer service
