Capture high-quality photographs and videos of properties, ensuring accurate representation and aesthetic appeal for marketing materials.Edit video footage to create compelling property tours, promotional videos, and social media content, incorporating motion graphics and visual effects as needed.Develop and execute creative concepts for multimedia content that aligns with the company's brand and marketing strategies, targeting specific audience segments.Manage and maintain photography and videography equipment, ensuring proper functionality and storage, and coordinating necessary repairs or replacements.Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and schedule content creation, ensuring timely delivery of assets for various marketing campaigns and social media platforms.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in photography, videography, and editing to enhance the quality and innovation of multimedia content.Assist in the creation of storyboards and shot lists for video projects, ensuring clear communication of vision and efficient production processes.Optimize multimedia content for various online platforms, including website, social media, and email marketing, ensuring optimal viewing experience and engagement.Maintain an organized digital asset library, properly tagging and archiving all photos and videos for easy retrieval and future use. Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Film Production, Multimedia Design, or a related field.Possess a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in photography, videography, and video editing.Solid understanding of video and photo composition, lighting techniques, and audio recording.Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices for content creation and optimization.Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (written and spoken).Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.A passion for real estate and a keen eye for detail in showcasing properties through visual storytelling.Knowledge of real estate marketing principles and strategies is an advantage.Must be willing to work on-site in Puchong. or Selayang Great working environmentYou will have a high learning curve, lots of fun, and flexibility.Interns may have the opportunity to be absorbed as permanent stafffor Puchong branch - Located nearby LRT Station, with ample outdoor parking around the office
