Key Responsibilities

  • Edit raw footage into engaging YouTube videos

  • Add transitions, subtitles, B-roll, and sound effects

  • Trim content to match the creators style and tone

  • Optimize videos for retention (hooks, pacing, CTAs)

  • Deliver final videos in required formats and resolutions

  • Revise based on feedback from content creators or managers

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Basic experience in video editing using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Filmora

  • Understanding of YouTube content trends, pacing, and formats

  • Strong sense of timing, storytelling, and visual creativity

  • Reliable computer and internet connection

  • Must be able to meet deadlines and follow content briefs

  • Portfolio or sample edits required (college projects accepted)
