Summary
Job Description:
We are looking for resourceful and motivated freelance recruiters based in Malaysia to help us source a large number of existing house maids (or caregivers) who are interested in employment opportunities in Singapore.
You will be paid based on performance at each milestone:
✅ Submit a profile that fits our criteria: USD $10
✅ Candidate is interviewed and shortlisted by our Singapore team: USD $10
✅ Candidate is interviewed and confirmed by the potential employer: USD $10
✅ Candidate successfully starts work in Singapore: USD $80
💰 Total: Up to USD $110 per successful hire
Requirements:
- Currently based in Malaysia
- Communication in English
- Resourceful and independent – you must know how to find interested candidates using your local networks, job boards, community groups, etc.
- Able to work remotely and communicate effectively with our Singapore team
The recruiter’s work is only up to submission of eligible profiles that fully fulfils the criteria.
The remaining paperwork (interviews, work permit applications, travel arrangements) will be handled by our company and other partners.
