The Senior Graphic Designer will lead creative projects that elevate brand presence across digital and print channels. You will drive concept development, execute high-quality design work, and ensure consistent brand storytelling while mentoring junior designers. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll translate marketing goals into visually compelling assets and maintain design excellence under tight deadlines. This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on designer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about pushing creative boundaries.

Accountabilities

  • Develop and implement design strategies aligned with brand and business objectives across multiple channels.
  • Lead concept creation and produce high-quality designs for branding, marketing campaigns, digital assets, print collateral, and presentations.
  • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to visual guidelines and creative standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and cross-functional teams to deliver design solutions that meet project goals.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and creative quality.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering growth and creative development.
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to keep creative work innovative and relevant.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity, strategic thinking, and multi-format expertise.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Proven ability to lead projects, provide creative direction, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional skills in visual storytelling, layout, typography, and branding.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus: Experience in motion graphics, web design, or basic HTML.
  • Legal authorization to live and work in the country of employment without sponsorship.
