We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented for our customised gifting roles to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who lovesart, craft, and personalised gifting. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
Job Description and Key Responsibilities
- Assist in basic crafting tasks such as vinyl printing, laser engraving, and assembling gift sets.
- Handle customer orders, process payments, and update order statuses.
- Maintain store cleanliness, restock shelves, and organise art supplies.
- Assist in packaging and quality-checking customised products.
- Support social media and marketing activities by capturing product images or content.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Able to work in Singapore (Ang Mo Kio Area)
- Passion forarts, crafts, and customised gifting.
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, or crafting is a plus.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity withcustomisation tools (e.g., Cricut, heat press, engraving machines)is an advantage.
- Good working attitude and good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders.
- Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and a team player.
- Availability to work at least 1 weekend per week.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma & Above
- Able to work 6 days per week
- Has the ability to understand, read, and write in English.
Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,300.00 SGD per month
