We’re now looking for a <strong>night-shift</strong> <strong>Technical Support Specialist</strong><strong> </strong>to join our team and help drive the next wave of fintech innovation.</p><p><strong>Your mission:</strong> </p><div>We're currently extending our client support team and are looking for Technical Support Specialists to work the <strong>22:00 - 07:00 </strong>and <strong>15:00 - 00:00 GMT+3</strong> shifts,<strong> </strong>with <strong>flexible weekends</strong><strong>. </strong>Your tasks will include:<br></div><ul> <li>Support for clients (companies) in the process of integration with our functionality;</li> <li>Quality control of integrations, testing;</li> <li>Maintaining an integration FAQ;</li> <li>Support for system operation;</li> <li>Assistance in the development of integration documentation.<strong></strong></li> </ul><ul> </ul><p><strong>What are your skills and experience:</strong></p><ul> <li><strong>2+ years of experience in technical support;</strong></li> <li>Knowledge of <strong>HTTP</strong>;</li> <li>Knowledge of <strong>client-server architecture</strong>;</li> <li>Ability to investigate and troubleshoot problems by <strong>logs</strong>;</li> <li>Knowledge of both <strong>SQL/NoSQL databases</strong>;</li> <li>Fluent Russian language skills, and English language at a level B2 or higher.</li> </ul><p><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p><ul> <li>Knowledge of Postman, Kibana Azure and/or Microsoft .NET.</li> </ul><ul> </ul><p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p><ul> <li><strong>Your office, your rules:</strong> remote-first setup with full flexibility - work from home, one of our offices, a café, or while exploring new places.
