If you enjoy driving improvements in content readability, discoverability, and usability, then we’d love to talk to you about joining Amazon’s Risk Content Management (RCM) team as a Content Developer.</div> <div><strong>BASIC QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p> </div> <div>• Experience building knowledge using clear, concise, and visually appealing content<br />• Demonstrated success at learning and explaining business processes<br />• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple stakeholder relationships and needs in a fast-paced environment<br />• Ability to solve problems and work without close direction in ambiguous environments<br />• Ability to troubleshoot and report issues via the appropriate channels<br />• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS<br />• Mastery of written and spoken English</div> <div><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p> </div> <div>• 3+ years experience managing content projects of medium or high complexity<br />• Experience working as part of a global team<br />• Experience creating content for translation and localization<br />• Experience in editorial/peer review<br />• Experience in project management<br />• Advanced understanding of HTML and CSS<br />• Bachelor’s degree in a related field</div>
