Graduate Trainee

You will work closely with experienced professionals and mentors across multiple departments such as supply chain operations, freight forwarding, warehouse management, customer service and commercial functions. Throughout the program, you will develop business acumen, problem-solving capabilities and leadership skills critical for a successful career in logistics.

Your Responsibilities

  • Participate in job rotations across various departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of logistics operations and business functions.
  • Support day-to-day operations and contribute to projects in areas like freight forwarding, supply chain planning, warehouse operations, and customer service.
  • Analyze data, identify process improvement opportunities and assist in the implementation of innovative logistics solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence and enhance customer satisfaction

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related fields 
  • Strong interest in logistics and supply chain industry.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability, curiosity and a growth mindset. 
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with rotational assignments.
