Job Title: Assistant Manager Content Moderator

This role is responsible for overseeing a team of content moderators, ensuring they meet productivity and accuracy targets while adhering to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Manage and motivate team members to achieve set goals and targets.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data and create reports to identify areas for improvement and monitor team performance.
  • Audit & Coaching: Conduct regular audits to assess team performance and provide constructive feedback to improve quality and productivity.

Requirements

  • Content Moderation Experience: Proven experience in managing content moderation teams for international clients.
  • Team & Performance Management: Strong understanding of team management, performance metrics, and stakeholder management.
  • Communication & Leadership: Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and lead a team effectively.
