Roles and Responsibilities:

- Provide general administrative support to the operations department.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, memos, and other documents.
- Maintain and update records and databases.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and

workflow.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel

arrangements.
- Manage and organize files, both electronic and physical.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for security personnel.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
