POSITION : Survey Programmer
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE : Minimum 3 Years

LOCATION : Bangalore

Job Description:
The Survey Programmer is responsible for programming market research screeners of low to medium complexity against client materials. Their goal is to meet and exceed clients’ expectations in terms of integrity of collected data, adherence to agreed timeline and budget. Programming is done on the M3’s proprietary qualitative programming platform. Survey Programmer is a contributor to overall department efficiency by adhering to current best practices. They are required to work independently after the initial training.

Responsibilities of the Role

  • Maintain full responsibility for online survey development and related tasks:
  • Thorough review of client materials and preparation of queries in a timely manner.
  • End-to-end high-quality programming on M3’s proprietary qualitative programming platform.
  • Strong understanding of screener flow supported by previous programming experience on any platform.
  • Formulation of recommendations to ensure efficient programming and optimal data layout.
  • Identification and contribution to implementation of workarounds to address programming challenges.
  • Utilize their past experiences to support process improvement, with a goal to increase capabilities, efficiencies, skillsets, and competitive advantage in the marketplace.
  • Expected to spend time reporting and receiving information to and from their manager and committed to learning the latest technologies in the data collection field.

Location: India, currently remote. Preference given to candidates in Bangalore.

 

Qualifications

 

Requirements Essential:

  • Minimum two years hands-on programming experience on any survey programming platform
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science (IT), B. Tech (IT), M. SC (IT), Master’s in Computer Applications (MCA) or equivalent
  • Exceptional ability to multitask and balance multiple projects and priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including an ability to ‘think outside the box’

 

Additional Information

 

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of Decipher/ or ConfirmIT
  • Market research experience (preferably with healthcare surveys)

  • Ingenuity, with a willingness and enthusiasm for learning new techniques\
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
