It supports various teams and functions across Delta and is an integral part of our transformation agenda, working seamlessly with a global team to create memorable experiences for customers.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & WORK OUTCOMES:</strong></p><p><strong>System Ownership & Configuration: </strong></p><ul><li>Manage and continually optimize the recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.</li><li>Serve as the functional owner of the Avature ATS, including system enhancements and support.</li><li>Partner with Delta Enterprise HR and IT to manage upgrades, testing, releases, and security audits.</li><li>Translate business needs into system improvements, automation, and recruiter-friendly workflows.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>TA Reporting & Insight:</strong></p><ul><li>Support design and enhancement of real-time dashboards and reporting tools (that will be built and supported by an analytics team) for recruiter productivity, RPO performance, candidate funnel, time-to-fill, and hiring manager satisfaction.</li><li>Establish data integrity checks and audit mechanisms.</li><li>Provide weekly / monthly / quarterly reports and actionable insights to senior leadership and functional heads.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Process Excellence & Documentation:</strong></p><ul><li>Define and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for end-to-end hiring, including for RPO, internal, and vendor-led processes.</li><li>Own and update centralized TA documentation & artifacts including:</li><li>Job Description Templates</li><li>Interview Guides </li><li>TA Playbooks (e.g., for hiring managers, panels, recruiters)</li><li>Panel & Interview Logistics Framework</li><li>Candidate Communication Templates</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Training & Enablement:</strong></p><ul><li>Partner with DTH Learning team to create & roll out panel interviewer training and bias mitigation workshops, with tracking on completions and effectiveness.</li><li>Develop a TA toolkit for hiring managers, with quick guides, training snippets, and FAQs.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Program Ownership:</strong></p><p>Lead end-to-end execution of strategic hiring programs, including but not limited to Emerging Talent, Referral programs, Consulting, ensuring seamless coordination, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Innovation & Market Scanning:</strong></p><ul><li>Continuously scan the market for best-in-class TA tech, enablement practices, and process efficiencies.</li><li>Pilot and implement new tooling and workflows to support scalability as DTH grows.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS):</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in related fields.</li><li>15+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition operations, programs, or enablement.</li><li>Strong experience owning and configuring ATS platforms (e.g., Avature, Greenhouse, Workday, SuccessFactors).</li><li>Excellent analytical skills with experience building TA dashboards in tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel-based models.</li><li>Proven success leading cross-functional hiring initiatives and creating scalable recruitment frameworks.</li><li>Exceptional documentation and process design skills.</li><li>Strong communication skills and stakeholder management, from recruiters to senior leaders.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>WHAT WILL GIVE YOU A COMPETITIVE EDGE (PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS): </strong></p><ul><li>Experience in Global Capability Centers (GCCs) or technology hubs.</li><li>Exposure to hiring across both tech and non-tech roles.</li><li>Familiarity with internal mobility frameworks or early career hiring.</li><li>Hands-on involvement in panel training or interview calibration programs.</li></ul>
