Assistant Manager, Corporate and Community ID-1994
**Job Roles**
- Develop communications strategy to portray and engage with a wide range of internals and external stakeholders and the general public, the media, and regulatory authorities effectively through press releases, manage media queries, and media packages.
- Deploy communication disciplines that support the branding of All Saints Home (ASH), and reduce deviations from the ASH vision, mission, and values.
- Design communications plan to manage crisis and mitigate potential harm to ASH’s corporate image (eg. announcements, press release, public statements, notices, posters, messages to NOKs, FAQs etc).
- Response to feedback from next-of-kin, donors and other stakeholders etc..
- Review, upkeep and develop content for ASH’s social media platforms to stay current and newsworthy. (eg. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc).
- Ensure that external visitors of the organization are managed and handled with professionalism and hospitality.
- Project management.
- Provide secretariat support to the Board of Directors whenever necessary.
**Job Requirements**
- Degree holder in Corporate Communications/English language
- A confident communicator and presenter
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and professional publishing skills are essential.
- Superior project management, interpersonal and time management skills
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude
- Knowledgeable of current trends in digital media/social media
