📋 Description

• Review user-generated content to ensure compliance with guidelines • Moderate and remove content that violates platform guidelines • Evaluate user reports regarding inappropriate content • Monitor and respond to user inquiries related to content moderation • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve moderation processes • Stay updated on industry trends related to content moderation • Document and maintain accurate records of moderation actions

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English and one or more of the following languages: Tamil/Arabic/Hindi/Farsi • Previous experience in content moderation, community management, or a related role is preferred • Strong understanding of online safety, privacy, and legal issues related to content moderation • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal • Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Familiarity with content moderation tools and platforms is a plus
