Customer Service Representative (Japanese Speaking) - TK
A large MNC company is now looking for Customer Service Representative (Japanese Speaking) who is in charge of credit assessment and credit collection.
There will be great opportunities for learning and career progression in this role and organization depending on your strengths, performance and passion.
Job Responsibilities:
- Credit Assessment for new and existing customer
- Accounts Receivable follow up with customer on the payment overdue
- Assist in channel customer invoice dispute or payment application to internal team for follow up
- Makes 20 calls per day to customers
- Other Accounts Receivable related query
- To be a team player in operation team to drive process and service improvement with strong and effective communication skill
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree holder preferred
- Preferably with minimum 1-3 years of work experience
- Ability to interact with customers via email / phone to achieve work responsibility
- Ability to use internal systems for transaction and Excel
- Problem solving skills
- Basic English for internal communication
- Proficiency in Japanese language (Spoken and Written) to liaise with Japanese speaking customers in Japan
- Experience of customer service or other admins will be advantage
- Ability to communicate with customer patiently and precisely
- Team player for achieving goal as a team
