Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Contact potential clients to understand their insurance needs and present suitable life insurance options tailored to their specific requirements.
  • Education & Advice: Educate clients on the benefits and features of various life insurance policies and provide personalized recommendations to help them make informed decisions.
  • Quote Presentation: Prepare and present insurance quotes to clients, explaining coverage, terms, and conditions in clear, understandable language.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.
  • Sales Tracking: Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors to effectively position our offerings.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, ensuring understanding and trust.
  • Persuasive & Negotiation Skills: Ability to persuade and negotiate to close sales while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Client Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
  • Self-Motivated & Target-Driven: A passion for sales with the ability to stay motivated and meet goals independently.
  • Insurance Knowledge: Familiarity with life insurance products, policies, and regulations (training available for the right candidate).
  • Clear Explanation of Concepts: Ability to explain insurance concepts in a simple and clear manner that clients can easily understand.
