Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional haircuts, styling, and coloring services tailored to clients preferences.
  • Consult with clients to understand their hairstyling needs and recommend suitable styles.
  • Stay updated on the latest hair trends and techniques.
  • Perform hair treatments, including keratin, rebonding, perming, and scalp therapy.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the salon.
  • Offer personalized advice on hair care and maintenance.
  • Manage appointment schedules and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Promote salon services and products to clients.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to enhance overall salon operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Diploma or certification in hairdressing from a recognized institute.
  • Proficiency in hairstyling, cutting, coloring, and treatments.
  • Strong knowledge of different hair types and textures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple clients.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Creativity and attention to detail in hairstyling.
  • Basic understanding of salon management and inventory handling.
  • Knowledge of safety and hygiene practices in a salon.

Experience

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a professional hair stylist.
  • Prior experience working in a high-end salon is an advantage.
  • Experience in handling international clients is preferred.

Working Hours

  • 5 to 6 days a week (rotational shifts).
  • 8 to 10 hours per day, with break times included.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays.
