Job Summary
The Elite Job is seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Assistants to join our dynamic logistics team in Singapore. This role is exclusively open to Malaysian nationals looking to build a career in warehousing and logistics. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of daily warehouse activities, including inventory management, picking and packing, and maintaining an organized storage environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods accurately and efficiently.
- Pick and pack items according to order specifications for dispatch.
- Update inventory records and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Perform regular stock checks and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment (training provided if necessary).
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory systems.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 20kg).
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Forklift certification is an advantage but not required (training provided).
- Malaysian citizenship is required for this role.
Experience
- Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
- Fresh graduates or individuals seeking entry-level roles are encouraged to apply.
Working Hours
- Full-time position with rotating shifts, including weekends.
- Standard shifts:
- Morning: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Afternoon: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Night: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (night shift allowance provided).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Basic computer skills for inventory management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain order accuracy.
- Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and procedures.
