Working couple with 3 year old son ID-1999
My husband and I are both working adults and we have a 3 year old son who goes to school for the full day. Most of my communication with helpers is usually over WhatsApp so I need a helper who can read, write and understand English very well. While we are all out during the day we expect the housework and cooking to be completed. I am letting my current helper go because her cooking is not good, and she needs a lot of guidance in the kitchen. My new helper should be able to make a variety of healthy and tasty dishes for the whole family through her own initiative and planning. In the evenings, my son needs a cheerful and responsible adult to take care of him. I do expect the helper to have the patience and stamina to play with him for extended periods. While also being mature and mindful of routines. The helper would be responsible for dropping and picking him up from school daily too. The helper would have her own separate room to live in. But during the nights, we want the helper to sleep in our son’s room. With both my husband and I working long hours, we need a good nights rest. And we want the helper to support our son as he learns to sleep independently through the night. We also need a helper who can be flexible about her off days. The offs are most likely to be on Saturdays rather than Sundays. Also, there might be some weekends where an off can’t be given due to family events, but they will be compensated with cash. And sometimes we might go spend the weekend at our family’s place so the helper should be happy to come along and stay there too. I have a warm, loving big family. And it’s important that everyone likes my new helper. We want a respectful, positive and hard-working helper to support our family.
