As a part of Amazon’s customer service team, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, providing solutions to their concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries via live chat.
- Assist customers with order status, product information, returns, refunds, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.
- Document customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
