We are currently looking for an Assistant Area Sales Manager for one of the leading MNC players in the FMCG space. This position based in Kuching covering total Sarawak requires your urgent attention.

the role

  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Lead and grow sales across the entire Sarawak region, managing and building strong partnerships with existing customers while actively acquiring new ones.
  • Market & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities through market research and analysis, planning and executing promotional activities to drive brand growth.
  • Performance & Inventory Management: Achieve sales targets, ensure account profitability, and closely monitor distributor inventory, return stocks, and slow-moving items.
  • Impactful Insight & Foresight: Translate market observations into actionable insights, providing crucial sales forecasts and reports that shape future strategies and drive informed decision-making.
