Compliance Specialist – eCommerce & Amazon Policy (Global Team)1 week ago Be among the first 25 applicants Compliance Specialist – eCommerce & Amazon Policy Remote - Outside of the US | Full-Time Are you detail-driven and passionate about keeping things compliant?Luminize , a leading Amazon-focused agency, is seeking aCompliance Specialistto safeguard our clients' brands by ensuring adherence to Amazon policies and regulatory standards. This role involves researching relevant laws, drafting appeals, managing Amazon support cases, and maintaining compliant, high-performing seller accounts. If you are organized, curious, and detail-oriented, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do:Research and interpret laws and Amazon policies related to advertising, labeling, and consumer goods (FDA, EPA, etc.) Resolve compliance issues by managing cases with Amazon Seller Support Draft appeals, Plans of Action, and regulatory documentation under guidance Monitor account compliance and communicate risks and requirements clearly to internal teams and clients Collaborate across teams to implement proactive compliance strategies Stay updated on changing Amazon policies and regulations to protect brand integrity What You Bring:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 1–2 years in compliance, regulatory affairs, or related fields (eCommerce experience is a plus) Strong research and writing skills Ability to interpret complex regulations and communicate them clearly High attention to detail and sound business judgment Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Candidates must reside outside the US, have valid work authorization, and require no sponsorship now or in the future. The ideal schedule is from Noon to 8:00 PM Pacific Time (flexible depending on location, with at least 4 hours overlap with the team) About Luminize:Luminize Marketing is a full-service, performance-based Amazon agency focused on eCommerce brand growth.
