Motivated Data Analyst sought for data migration, system support, and technical operations at Rentokil Initial Malaysia, with full training and career growth.

Your role

Responsibilities

  • Data entry, data compilation, and data cleansing for migration projects
  • Providing system support and performing test activities
  • Utilizing intermediate Excel skills (Pivot, Vlookup, etc.)
  • Applying knowledge in statistics, applied mathematics, or computer science
  • Assisting in ad-hoc functions, assignments, and related duties as required
  • Completing tasks within given deadlines
  • Supporting projects on weekends as needed

About you

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Mathematics, Business Administration, or any related field
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a numerical analysis environment.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Team player with proactive attitude, initiative, and sense of urgency
  • Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English (Mandarin and Cantonese are an advantage)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and numerical analysis skills are an added advantage
  • Malaysian citizenship or relevant residence status
  • Excellent attention to detail and meticulousness
  • Ability to multitask and build rapport with people at all levels
  • Multi-lingual abilities in verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin and Cantonese are an added advantage)
  • Ability to meet timelines
