**职位描述**
- 执行一系列文书和行政任务。

- 持续跟进,确保文件得到及时处理。
- 提供行政支持并确保办公室的有效运作。
- 执行管理层分配的其他临时职责。

**要求**:

- 良好的沟通技巧。
- 能够独立工作并作为团队的一员。
- 所需技能:MS Office - 尤其是 MS Word 和 MS Excel
- Performs a range of clerical and administrative tasks.
- You must also be responsible for all other operational matters directed by the company or your superior.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Consistent follow-up to ensure documents are processed in a timely manner.
- Provides administrative support and ensures efficient operation of the office.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.

**Requirements**:

- Own transportation.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Required skill(s) : MS Office - Especially MS Word & MS Excel
