Warehouse Assistant id-3071
The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Assistant to join our team and play a vital role in coordinating shipment activities. In this position, you will be responsible for receiving shipments at the platform and efficiently organizing and storing them in designated work areas. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments, as well as preparing items for shipment.
Responsibilities:
- Update picking list in the network, by means of the electronic transference of the system to the network, for consultation of the area on watch to Client.
- Make the confirmation of orders in modulate of sales, by means of the system, to register the exit of merchandise to invoice.
- Endorse the generation of invoicing of remissions, to report issues and validate SAP transactions
- Manage dangerous goods delivery and storage
- Support cycle counting and stoke-take activities
- Perform inventory management
- Working with supply chain to make sure goods arrival to meet customer’s required delivery date
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in stockroom management and inventory control
- Must have basic knowledge about workplace safety procedures
- Good communication skills in English, spoken & written
- Good customer service attitude and skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Has SAP experience
- This role is based in Gul Drive, Tuas - Singapore
