Courier and Delivery Driver ID-2369

HB Rider is an industry-leading road freight and logistics company, committed to providing reliable and efficient delivery services across Singapore. We are currently in search of dedicated and reliable Courier and Delivery Drivers to join our growing team.

The Courier and Delivery Rider is responsible for ensuring timely delivery of goods to predetermined customers on specific routes, reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading and unloading vehicles, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure timely and safe delivery of packages and goods to the designated locations.
- Follow set routes and schedules, adjusting as necessary for timely delivery.
- Load and unload cargo efficiently, ensuring all freight is secure.
- Obtain signatures or other proof of delivery.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and other staff to report delays or issues on the route.
- Perform vehicle maintenance checks and ensure the vehicle is kept clean.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as all traffic and transportation laws.

**Requirements and skills**
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience as a courier or delivery driver preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
