Join us as an intern and gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of our Digital and Technology Services Operations! Your role as a Digital and Technology Services Intern is crucial to our commitment to excellence in every aspect of our daily operations.
Your responsibilities to support the respective pillars are:
1. Product Management:
Assist in the development and lifecycle management of IT products.
Support in gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements.
Help define product vision and collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
2. Solutions Delivery:
Participate in the design, implementation, and management of IT solutions.
Assist in ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution integration.
Provide technical support during solution deployment.
3. Data & Analytics:
Assist in analyzing data to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
Help develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, and dashboards.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
Utilize data analytics tools to interpret data sets and provide actionable recommendations.
4. IT Operations and Cybersecurity:
Support day-to-day IT operations to ensure system availability and performance.
Assist in implementing and maintaining cybersecurity measures.
Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches.
Help develop and enforce IT policies and procedures.
5. Project Delivery Support:
Assist in the planning, execution, and completion of IT projects.
Coordinate project tasks to ensure they are completed on time.
Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
Identify and help resolve project-related issues.
You Are Required to Have:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Analytics, Engineering or a related field.
- Have strong interest in product management, solutions delivery, data & analytics, and IT operations and cybersecurity.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Good communication abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
