Responsibilities

  • Factory Visits: – Visit small and medium-sized factories to sell industrial lubricants.
  • Client Interaction: – Engage with the Procurement Department and Technicians, providing trials and detailed information about products.
  • Sales Achievement: – Meet sales targets for the assigned area by collecting orders. – Utilize field experience and market knowledge to enhance sales performance.
  • Communication and Negotiation: – Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients.

Requirements

– 1 to 2 years of experience in B2B Sales within the Lube industry or Industrial Products.

– Strong field experience in the respective region.

– Good market knowledge and intelligence of the area being handled.

– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
