Job Summary
Amazon is seeking a proactive, bilingual Virtual Assistant fluent in Portuguese and English to join our dynamic remote support team. This role requires a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering excellent customer and operational support. You will serve as a vital bridge between Amazons Portuguese-speaking customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, efficient problem resolution, and superior customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Provide real-time assistance to Amazon customers in both Portuguese and English through chat, email, and phone.

Manage administrative tasks such as data entry, customer order processing, returns coordination, and reporting.

Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and a customer-first attitude.

Liaise with internal departments including logistics, customer service, and sales to ensure timely issue resolution.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups.

Support Amazon Sellers with product listing updates, keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trends in Portuguese-speaking regions.

Execute basic troubleshooting steps to address technical or account issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Fluent in both Portuguese and English (written and spoken) – native or near-native proficiency.

Experience
