Job Summary

Amazon is seeking a proactive, bilingual Virtual Assistant fluent in Portuguese and English to join our dynamic remote support team. This role requires a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering excellent customer and operational support. You will serve as a vital bridge between Amazons Portuguese-speaking customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, efficient problem resolution, and superior customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide real-time assistance to Amazon customers in both Portuguese and English through chat, email, and phone.

  • Manage administrative tasks such as data entry, customer order processing, returns coordination, and reporting.

  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and a customer-first attitude.

  • Liaise with internal departments including logistics, customer service, and sales to ensure timely issue resolution.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups.

  • Support Amazon Sellers with product listing updates, keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trends in Portuguese-speaking regions.

  • Execute basic troubleshooting steps to address technical or account issues.

  • Stay up-to-date with Amazon policies, product updates, and service changes.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluent in both Portuguese and English (written and spoken) – native or near-native proficiency.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent time management, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, virtual environment.

  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

  • Positive, customer-focused attitude and strong sense of initiative.


Experience

  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a virtual assistant, customer service, or administrative support role.

  • Experience working in e-commerce, especially within Amazon Seller Central, is a strong advantage.

  • Previous experience supporting international clients is highly desirable.


Working Hours

  • Full-time and part-time positions available.

  • Flexibility required to accommodate different time zones.

  • Must be available for scheduled virtual meetings and real-time customer interactions.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Deep understanding of Amazon marketplace operations is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Amazon tools such as Seller Central, FBA, and product research software is beneficial.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively under minimal supervision.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly.

  • Culturally aware and sensitive to diverse customer needs across Portuguese-speaking regions.
