Job Description
As a Human Resources Manager at The Uwit Job, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture and ensuring a positive and productive work environment. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Talent Acquisition:
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, attracting top-tier talent for various roles within the company.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
Employee Relations:
Foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication and conflict resolution.
Conduct regular check-ins with employees to address concerns and ensure job satisfaction.
Performance Management:
Implement performance evaluation systems to drive employee development and enhance overall team productivity.
Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and goal-setting.
HR Policy Development:
Develop and update HR policies in compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
Ensure consistent application and understanding of policies across all departments.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
Support employee growth and skill enhancement initiatives.
Required Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
Proven experience as an HR manager or relevant HR role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
In-depth knowledge of HR functions, policies, and best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement strategies.
Familiarity with employment legislation and regulations.
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
