Robotic Welding Operator ID-2843
Goals of the position
Operate robots according to job guidelines in efficient, productive and safe manner..
Main responsibilities
1. To ensure the machine is running and follow according to the SOP.
2. Ensure the machine is enough feed with material provide to avoid downtime.
3. Taking care on feeding and outgoing material.
4. Feeding the end connectors onto the bucket provided.
5. Be alert to any malfunction of machine or problem with weld quality so production can be stopped prior to producing scrap or incurring damage to the machine or fixtures.
6. Ensure finished parts are placed in correct container.
7. Report labour hours by entering information correctly in terminal.
8. Ensure good housekeeping practices are performed in the Auto-Weld Department
9. Comply with all applicable safety and environmental regulations and requirements.
Skills & Requirements
· Some high school (TVET, Vocational, ITS) or equivalent experience.
· Must be able to understand simple blueprints and/or specifications.
· Must have mechanical aptitude and ability.
· Preferable experience in heavy industries environment.
· Some QC and inspection experience using basic inspection tools.
· Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with coworkers and supervisors.
· Must have and wear protective gear designated for the Department and job.
· Must be able to stand for all or most of a regular work shift.
· Must be able to lift up minimum 5 kg on a regular basis.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
