Retail Assistant (Pavilion Bukit Jalil)/Welcome Fresh/Immediately Intake ID-2814

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greeting customer
  • Cashiering, Product Packing, Cake Order Service and Product Refill.
  • Possess good product knowledge.
  • Enforcing company SOPs diligently.
  • Oversee the daily operation, ensures the quality, standards, and meet the expectations of the customers.
  • Ensures compliance to food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards according to statutory guideline.
  • Measure customer satisfaction, handle customer feedback or complaints, and services recovery.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the outlet at all times.
  • Conducting weekly reports and handling other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

  • Fresh Graduate and School Leavers is Encourage to Apply (Food Retail Experience is an added advantage).
  • Young, Energetic and Outgoing personalities.
  • Communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Up to RM2,800.00 per month
