In this role, you will be maintaining equipment associated with the production, packaging and distribution of Kimberly-Clark products through preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance work. Key Responsibilities:

This position holder is fundamentally responsible to safely operate production machineries and to run those machines and to produce saleable products based on the production schedule requirements as planned by the production planner.

While operating the machines, the Process Technician will have to ensure that the production machineries under his care are running at the optimum machine's capability, basic machines maintenance are carried out based on the schedule and specifications as provided by the departmental Maintenance Engineer.

About You
As a person, you’re a balanced thinker, a motivated fixer – someone who is always taking initiative to solve problems, make things better and respectfully engage others along the journey with you. As a mechanic, you have a strong technical track record, work best under pressure and deliver high value to your team by owning issues through resolution, exercising strong situational judgment and favoring a proactive vs. reactive approach to equipment maintenance. Are 18 years or older and are authorized to work in Malaysia

Have a High School Diploma
-
Have a 2-year related technical degree and a minimum of at least 2 years' work experience in a related manufacturing field, including experience with high-speed manufacturing and converting equipment

Can read and write basic English

Have basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office)

Are able to work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime

Can physically work on elevated work platforms, catwalks, scaffolding, and enter confined spaces

Can pass a pre-employment assessment and a pre-employment drug + background screening

To be based in Kluang, Johor
