Production Supervisor ID-2838

Duties & Responsibilities
- Sets the strategy to get the desired target by the Production Manager.
- Arrange manpower and plan strategies to ensure production runs smoothly and effectively.
- Ensure the instructions given to the subordinates are accurate and understandable.
- Ensure the machines, facilities, equipment, and other essential goods are sufficient to run production.
- Monitor the lot, work-in-process and quality check buys off to achieve the target.
- Ensure good attendance & discipline of Production Operators.
- Maintain 5S.
- Ensure the output and shipment according to customer standards.
- Other responsibilities as considered necessary by the supervisor from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Certificate/Vocational/Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Precision Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Team player with good communication with all levels of employees.

**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
