Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, conduct interviews, and facilitate the recruitment process for remote positions.
Employee Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new remote employees, ensuring a seamless transition into the Amazon work environment.
Employee Relations: Address employee queries, concerns, and grievances, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
Performance Management: Support performance appraisal processes, providing feedback and guidance to employees and managers.

HR Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records and utilize HRIS systems for efficient data management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role, with a focus on remote workforce management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with remote team members effectively.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in HRIS and virtual collaboration tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
