Position: Customer Service Representative - US Voice Process
Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative at The Uwit Job, BPO, you will be an integral part of our customer support team, dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our US-based clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle Inbound Calls: Respond to customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Customer Assistance: Assist customers with product or service-related concerns, offering solutions that align with company policies and procedures.
Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the company database.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of customer interactions by adhering to established standards and protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Exceptional Communication Skills: Fluent in English with clear and articulate verbal communication.
