In this entry-level position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about our products/services and address customer concerns.
Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and resolve customer issues.
Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software quickly.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
Familiarity with MS Office.
