Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and execution of the company overall data strategy, aligning it with business objectives and ensuring its seamless integration into daily operations.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven opportunities, guide projects, and collaborate on the implementation of data solutions.
Advanced Analytics: Apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze complex datasets, uncover trends, and generate valuable insights.
Model Development: Lead the design and development of predictive models, algorithms, and machine learning applications to enhance decision-making processes.
Data Governance: Establish and maintain robust data governance practices, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security.
Communication: Effectively communicate complex technical findings to non-technical stakeholders, fostering a data-driven culture across the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Master or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a data science role, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in programming languages such as Python or R. Proven experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from large and complex datasets.
Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Leadership: Proven leadership experience in guiding and mentoring a team of data scientists.
