Junior Legal Executive ID-2811

1. Draft, review and approve agreements, contracts and other legal documents across the business to ensure the Company's (which include the Company's subsidiaries and and associate companies) rights and interests are protected. 2. Review and provide legal advice on all Company documents as well giving general legal advice as and when required on all legal matters and documents relating to the Company. 3. To handle the Company's (which include the Company's subsidiaries and and associate companies) secretarial documents and liaise with the Company Secretary. 4. To assist in the legal compliance within the Company's (which include the Company's subsidiaries and and associate companies) and to assist the Head of Legal in any manner or way needed or required, including attending meetings. Qualifications: '¢ Education level: Law Degree. May consider Diploma (or similar qualification) in Law but with experience of at least 2 years. '¢ Experience: No previous legal experience is required '¢ Specific skills: must be professional, hardworking and adaptable '¢ Personal characteristics: Willingness to learn and must be diligent.
