Salary: RM4,500 - RM5,000

Working Days: Saturday – Thursday (Friday Off)

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager to lead our sales team in achieving business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to drive team performance while ensuring excellent customer service standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve sales targets.

  • Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and foster continuous improvement.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans to drive business growth.

  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to optimize sales approaches.

  • Collaborate with management to set realistic, achievable, and measurable sales goals.

  • Provide hands-on support during key sales operations and client negotiations.

  • Oversee day-to-day sales operations to ensure efficiency and smooth processes.

  • Ensure compliance with all reporting, documentation, and standard operating procedures.

  • Prepare and present accurate sales reports to management.

  • Communicate sales targets, strategies, and progress updates clearly to the team.

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in sales management or a similar leadership role.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills with proven success in achieving sales targets.

  • Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and market trends effectively.
