About the Role:

We are seeking a Business Development Executive with strong initiative and passion for business growth and leadership. You’ll play a dual role — overseeing sales performance across multiple MyPro PHYSIO outlets and working closely with the founders to expand our corporate partnerships and service offerings.

This role combines strategic thinking, sales management, and hands-on execution — ideal for someone who’s ready to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Outlet Performance

  • Monitor and drive monthly sales targets for each outlet
  • Support physiotherapists & clinic teams in improving service uptake and conversions
  • Analyse sales reports, provide guidance, and help improve team performance
  • Coordinate with Admin/Sales team to ensure lead closure

Business Growth & Corporate Development

  • Identify new business opportunities (corporate, panels, events, etc.)
  • Pitch, negotiate, and close collaborations or referral deals
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups with prospective clients
  • Work closely with founders to drive expansion plans and brand development

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or healthcare industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable with numbers, targets, and sales strategy
  • Ability to multitask across outlets and corporate projects
  • Passion for healthcare, wellness, and helping others grow

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,800.00 per month
