Customer Service Executive – Inbound
Intake Date: 29 October

Location: Ampang Jaya, Jalan Kolam Air Lama (Near Ampang Puteri Hospital / Ampang Point Shopping Mall)

Working Hours: Rotational shifts, Monday – Sunday (5 working days & 2 off days)
Salary: RM2,400 – RM2,800 (based on experience) + RM200 fixed attendance allowance
Training: Paid training provided

Job Summary

As an Inbound Customer Service Executive, you will play a key role in building and maintaining the brand’s reputation. You will be the first point of contact for Petronas customers (e.g., Mesra Card users, Setel app users, etc.) and are expected to deliver excellent service and first-contact resolution according to standard procedures.

Job Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and messages.
  • Provide accurate solutions for product or service-related issues.
  • Maintain proper customer records and update information regularly.
  • Ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
  • Deliver outstanding service to enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Previous call center / customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English (both required).
  • Able to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Customer-focused, with strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a fast learner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
